The Franklin County Municipal Court is issuing this public statement regarding the City’s cancellation of the new courthouse construction. The statement addresses the longstanding deferred maintenance, deteriorating building systems, and ongoing safety and security issues that have affected the Court's daily operations for nearly twenty years.
