The Franklin County Municipal Court has released a statement regarding the longstanding deferred maintenance, deteriorating building systems, and ongoing safety and security issues that have affected the Court's daily operations for nearly twenty years. Every year, all attorneys must submit their Certification of Compliance and the Professional Liability Insurance Declaration page. If this is your submitting year for CLE's, you must also include the Ohio Supreme Court CLE transcript.
