Deputy Legal Director and Part-Time Magistrate
Sarah Victoria ("Tori") Edwards is the Deputy Director of the Court's Legal Department and a part-time Magistrate. Prior to this, Tori was an appellate prosecutor at the Franklin County Prosecutor's Office and a staff attorney at the Franklin County Municipal Court's Self Help Center. Tori graduated from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2018. Tori was appointed as a part-time Magistrate for the Franklin County Municipal Court General Division in 2026.
