The MARCH Program is an on-site resource center partnering with community providers to assist Franklin County residents. The MARCH program will complete basic needs assessments to determine how they can help.

Services

  • Medication Assisted Treatment
  • Linkage and referral to treatment providers (Alcohol/Drug and Mental Health)
  • Screening and referral to residential treatment services, sober housing, etc.
  • Direct linkage to detox services
  • Onsite government assistance (SNAP benefits and Medicaid)
  • Direct linkage to the Self Help Center to get assistance with evictions, record sealing, and driver's license issues
  • Community needs assessments
  • Linkage and enrollment into employment, employment readiness, and resource programs
  • Birth Certificate applications
  • Free harm reduction resources (pregnancy tests, condoms, Narcan and fentanyl testing strips)
