The Franklin County Municipal Court has released a statement regarding the longstanding deferred maintenance, deteriorating building systems, and ongoing safety and security issues that have affected the Court's daily operations for nearly twenty years. Magistrate Jessica Karrasch graduated from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2012 and has since held a variety of roles with the Court, most recently as a Staff Attorney in the Legal Department. She was appointed as a part-time Magistrate for the Franklin County Municipal Court General Division in 2021.
