April 3, 2026 - A collective of courts and prosecutors aggregated traffic changes expected next week around the Franklin County Government Complex as the City of Columbus, Franklin County, and ODOT announced upcoming traffic and pedestrian walkway pattern changes around the Franklin County Municipal Courthouse. These changes are prompted by large-scale construction projects that are expected to last a couple of years. Demolition of the James A. Karnes building, at 410 S. High St., starts the week of April 6 to prepare for construction of the new Franklin County Municipal Courthouse.
