Several changes to the Franklin County Municipal Court Cost Schedule will go into effect this summer. 

The Municipal Court Judges have made changes to Schedule 9.00 of Local Rule 13, that the Franklin County Municipal Clerk is subsequently instituting.  

The increases will be as follows: 

  • New civil case filings (except Small Claims) will increase $16.
  • Small Claims cases will increase $6.
  • All new criminal and traffic cases will increase $6.

In addition, the cost to have FedEx service for case filings will now be $22 apiece.
